Tru Fru Voluntary Product Recall

Directions: If consumers believe they have purchased a recalled product, they should dispose of the product and not consume it. Consumers with questions or seeking support can call (888) 293-7748 or by email trufru@rqa-inc.com.

Consumers that have purchased recalled product and are seeking reimbursement can complete the below form for a reimbursement coupon. Note that only certain manufacturing codes for each implicated product are being recalled. If consumers have multiple implicated manufacturing codes, they will need to file separate reimbursement requests by submitting this form once for each implicated code. For best results, it is recommended that the form is completed on a mobile or tablet device with a rear-facing camera. Consumers will need to take two photos of the product(s) to process your request. Consumers will receive an email confirmation once submitted.
